Our admissions process is designed to facilitate quick entry into both our Campus and OnLine High School classes.


Required Documents for enrollment:

  • Completed enrollment form
  • Withdrawal form from previous school
  • Unofficial Transcript
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of Arizona Residency (utility bill, housing receipt, etc.)

Students can come into our enrollment office at 13615 N 35th Ave, Phoenix AZ or call 602.993.5225 to

enroll or schedule an interview or your welcome to fill out a enrollment form below, and we will contact
you as soon as possible.

We accept enrollment applications and conduct interviews throughout the year. Contact us to schedule an
enrollment interview. We can also arrange a tour of our High School campus and introduce prospective students

and their parents to members of our administration.
